✓ Use of property for engagement pictures
✓ Rehearsal on Friday night.)
Sunday Wedding Package
Sunday at 1 p.m. until Monday at 11 a.m.
✓ Use of the entire property (Cottage, Groom’s Room, Wedding Barn, Covered Pavilion, Wonderland Woods, and all outdoor spaces)
✓ 1 hour rehearsal Thursday night
✓ One night stay in the cottage
✓ Use of 250 white folding chairs, 25 (8ft) tables, 4 (6ft) tables, and 5 (60″) round tables

✓Reception Room and Ceremony Set up of Tables and Chairs

Wedding Insurance
Event Liability Insurance must be obtained for every wedding at Dragonfly. This protects your wedding and allows you to bring your own alcohol onto the property. We recommend event insurers such as TheEventHelper.com
Fees
There is just one fee, the Williamson Country Hotel Tax. It’s $108 for the Weekend Package and $54 for the Sunday Package.
Vendors
We are not an all-inclusive venue or have preferred vendors, so you are welcome to have anyone you love for your wedding. We are happy to make recommendations if you need them.
